Service Description

A 2 hour class using the Breathing Cold method to mentally calm and prepare you for entering an ice bath. The session will include: - A short movement practice - 5 rounds of connected breath with retention - Short meditation and visualisation - Ice bath - Herbal tea, sharing and questions Bring: - Wear swim wear beneath your clothes - Wear comfortable clothes you can move in - Bring additional warm clothes, beanie, blanket etc for after the ice bath Contraindications: - History of Bipolar or Schizophrenia, PTSD - Taking Antipsychotics - Epilepsy - Heart conditions, extremes of blood pressure, uncontrolled BP, aneurysm - Recent abdominal surgery - Glaucoma - Pregnancy - Open cuts/wounds
