Service Description

A famous saying in Yoga is that "you are only as young as your spine is flexible". The gentle and controlled movement of Yoga twists slows down deterioration of our spinal discs. It also maintains the spines natural range of motion and ensures it does not become stagnant. Whether you struggle with back pain, or want to feel younger, Yoga twists can help!  We will explore a range of twisting poses from a supine, seated, kneeling and standing position. These longer workshops give you more time to 'warm' your body up, and you will often be surprised how much more you can achieve within your body.

Cancellation Policy

For regular classes: 8 hours notice required to reschedule 3 participants required for session to run, if class is cancelled you will be issued a credit for a future class **For Courses, Workshops and Breathwork No refunds given**
