Service Description
Get ready for a lively, interactive workshop full of creative partner poses, playful challenges and teamwork‑based flows. You don’t need a partner, we will just partner up on the day. No Yoga experience needed. Expect: playful poses, plenty of laughter, mindful connection and a lovely shared experience. This event will be held at Longframlington Memorial hall, and will be followed by a Christmas get-together. Cancellation Policy
For regular classes: 8 hours notice required to reschedule 4 participants required for session to run, if class is cancelled you will be issued a credit for a future class **For Courses, Workshops and Breathwork No refunds given**
