Classes are taught within a serene environment at my home studio. Regular classes are limited to 8 people so booking is essential. See below for further details of classes available.

Awaken and align your body with a rejuvenating Yoga session. An Iyengar inspired practice to improve strength and flexibility which will leave you feeling balanced and relaxed. All equipment provided and suitable for all abilities

A guided conscious connected breath session to move into a deep relaxed, meditative state. Safely allow stored emotions to arise, revisit, release and build strength from within.

Build strength to achieve a little more ease in your Yoga poses, enable you to achieve the harder Yoga poses, reduce the risk of injuries in your practice, and actually increase mobility

Chair Yoga
A class suitable for all ages and levels but particularly helpful for anyone that needs a little more support. Resistance bands are used for those wanting a stronger session

Gentle movement will help to release tension, increase circulation, and prepare the body for deep relaxation. This part of the session will last up to 30 minutes. We will then follow with Yoga Nidra; a guided meditation practiced lying down, designed to induce deep relaxation and inner awareness.

A combination of gentle movement, calming breath techniques, mindfulness and relaxation to nourish and nurture your body. A perfect class to take towards the end of a busy week, providing a reset for the weekend
