I absolutely love a good dance, most mornings as part of my Yoga routine I'll throw in a little dance to boost my mood. I used to love a good disco, or party but I've reached a point in my life that late evenings just drain me. However I miss dancing with others, sharing the connection of dance and music with others.

Dancing has so many benefits, it is an effective type of exercise that raises your heart rate and works your muscles, but it also improves your mood through the release of endorphins, helping to ease depression and anxiety.

This has spurred me on to create 'Ignite Your Dance'. A fun dance session where there's no choreography to worry about, just a fun, safe space to throw some shapes, and share some laughs with like minded people.

No booking necessary, just grab your friends and rock up and pay on the night.

 Classes are taught within a serene environment at my home studio. Regular classes are limited to 8 people so booking is essential. See below for further details of classes available.

 Minimum of 3 people for the group sessions to run

8 hour cancellation policy - any cancellation made less than 8 hours before class will result in forfeit of a class credit

A guided conscious connected breath session to move into a deep, relaxed, meditative state. safely allow stored emotions to arise, revisit and release and build strength from within

Chair Yoga

A class suitable for all ages and levels but particularly helpful for anyone that needs a little more support. Resistance bands are used for those wanting a stronger session

You will be guided into a state of complete 'non doing, deep relaxation with inner awareness, which allows deep restoration, relaxation and healing
