My goal is to empower you! We all have the ability to heal ourselves physically and mentally. I am passionate about helping you build a strong healthy body and mind, within a friendly, supportive community.
I believe movement should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability, gender or any other perceived limitation. I use Iyengar inspired methods to align your body and bring awareness of imbalances, so you can build strength and mobility to physically heal your body.
My conscious connected breathing techniques will allow you to move within, reconcile with past traumas, become more mindful, self-aware and connect to your true purpose.
I first found Yoga in my early 20's whilst suffering with a prolapsed disc. Yoga gave me the tools to find relief and it's been my saving grace physically over the years. I've suffered with anxiety most of my life interspersed with bouts of depression. Movement worked as a coping mechanism but when I discovered deep conscious connected Breathwork it transformed my life! Breathwork stills those negative thoughts in my head and gives me the strength to thrive in life.
When I am not teaching Yoga or holding space for Breathwork I am at my happiest walking amongst nature with my fur babies.

Self Myofascial release (SMR) is a form of tool assisted, self massage. Fascia is a connective tissue found throughout our body and it is thought that SMR can be used to increase our range of motion when used prior to exercise and reduce soreness following exercise
