Step into a practice designed to help you feel stronger, more open, and more confident in your body. This workshop gently guides you toward Wheel Pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana)—a powerful heart‑opening backbend that builds courage, mobility, and deep body awareness. Across the session, we’ll explore: • Shoulder and chest opening to create space for a safe, expansive backbend • Hip‑flexor and spine mobility work to support healthy extension • Core and glute activation to stabilise and protect the lower back • Progressive backbending drills that meet you exactly where you are • Modifications, props, and variations so every body can participate with confidence You’ll move through a thoughtful sequence that prepares the whole body, gradually building toward Wheel Pose. Whether you’re attempting it for the first time or refining your form, you’ll leave with practical tools, a deeper understanding of your body, and a renewed sense of possibility. This workshop is open to all levels—curious beginners, seasoned practitioners, and anyone wanting to explore heart‑opening postures in a supportive, uplifting environment.
