Service Description
A gentle movement and Yoga Nidra session is a deeply restorative experience that blends soft physical activity with guided meditation. Gentle movement will help to release tension, increase circulation, and prepare the body for deep relaxation. This part of the session will last up to 30 minutes. We will then follow with Yoga Nidra; a guided meditation practiced lying down, designed to induce deep relaxation and inner awareness. 🧠What Happens During Yoga Nidra: • Body scan: Attention moves through each part of the body. • Breath awareness: Observing the natural rhythm of breath. • Sankalpa (intention setting): A heartfelt affirmation or resolve. • Visualization: Imagery to access subconscious layers. • Deep rest: The body sleeps while the mind remains aware. 🌙 Benefits: • Reduces stress and anxiety • Improves sleep quality • Enhances emotional resilience • Supports healing and restoration It's normal to experience a drop in temperature as you relax so bring a blanket along for comfort.
