Service Description

This session will focus on building strength in all the big muscle groups that will help you achieve a little more ease in your Yoga poses, enable you to achieve the harder Yoga poses, reduce the risk of injuries in your practice, and actually increase your mobility (strong muscles pull you deeper into poses). NB: Latex resistance bands will be used

For regular classes: 8 hours notice required to reschedule 3 participants required for session to run, if class is cancelled you will be issued a credit for a future class **For Courses, Workshops and Breathwork No refunds given**
